Tournament Services
Our professional staff is here to serve your needs when planning a golf tournament or outing at the Club. To make your experience especially enjoyable please take a look at our steps below for planning a successful Event, call the Golf Shop at 281-324-1841 and ask to talk to someone about booking your golfing group.
Pre-Tournament
- Complete and submit a Request a Golf Outing or Tournament information form below.
- A member of our professional Pro Shop staff will contact you to confirm the tournament date and time
- Tee times or shotgun starts are available
- Determine tournament format (scramble, best ball, shambles, casual, etc.)
- Sign and return contract
- Choose catering option and menu
- Confirm final number of players
- Final pairings must be received by the Pro Shop 72 hours prior to your event
Tournament Day
- Arrive prior to tournament to place any company signage (banners, sponsor signs)
- Registration table set-up
- Tournament scoring by our Pro Shop staff
